To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleep Group Solution, LLC, Sleep Group Solutions, apZme, and EnsoData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use SGS services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sleep Group Solution, LLC, Sleep Group Solutions, apZme, EnsoData, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of SGS services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Sleep Group Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of SGS services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
