Seminar Registration Terms & Conditions

By registering for a Sleep Group Solutions (SGS) seminar, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Consent & Payment Authorization

• I consent to my submitted data being collected and stored as outlined by the site’s Privacy Policy.

• You authorize Sleep Group Solutions (SGS) to charge your card immediately for the total fees due upon registration.

Seminar Location

The seminar location is published on the SGS website. However, in some instances, due to hotel availability or venue restrictions, the location may need to change. If a location change occurs, SGS will notify you via phone and email with updated location details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration may be cancelled and fully refunded only with 30 days’ notice prior to the scheduled seminar date.

If you wish to cancel your registration less than 30 days before the seminar, a refund will not be issued. However, if Sleep Group Solutions (SGS) is notified prior to the seminar start date, you may choose one of the following options:

• Transfer your registration to another seminar date or location,

• Receive a seminar credit equal to the registration amount to be used toward a future SGS seminar or in-office training (credit must be used within 120 days), or

• Convert your registration to an in-office training coordinated with the SGS team.

All transfer and credit requests must be submitted before the scheduled seminar date. Requests made after the seminar has occurred will not be eligible for transfer, credit, or refund.

Any seminar credit issued must be used within 120 days of issuance, or it will expire.

Seminar date or location transfers are free of charge and subject to availability.

Seminar Cancellation by SGS

Registrants will receive a credit for complimentary future seminar attendance (must be used within one year).
Sleep Group Solutions (SGS) cannot provide reimbursement or credit for any non-refundable airfare, hotel accommodations, or travel expenses incurred.

No-Show Policy

Due to limited seating, it is important that you attend the seminar on the date and location selected during registration.

Failure to attend a scheduled seminar without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

If you are unable to attend and notify Sleep Group Solutions (SGS) prior to the seminar start date, and the seminar date is within 30 days, your registration may be transferred to a future seminar date or location, converted to an in-office training, or issued a seminar credit equal to the registration amount.
