Dr. St George earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Drake University. He then went on to the University Of Missouri Kansas City School Of Dentistry to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree as a Chancellor Scholar. He grew up in Monmouth, Illinois and came to Missouri for dental school and has never left.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Central Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the International Association of Orthodontics. He spends many hours outside of the dental office pursuing continuing dental education courses to help treat his patients in the most comfortable and predictable ways possible. He has completed many courses in orthodontics, implant dentistry, TMJ, and cosmetic dentistry, to name a few. He likes to give back to the community by providing fluoride programs for the local schools, providing dental care to underserved individuals, and supporting the local schools and sports teams in the community.
"When I was younger, I hated going to the dentist due to some bad experiences. I think those experiences have translated to me being a more sympathetic and gentle dental provider to my patients. I also am very conservative, only providing the care that is needed and not forcing treatment upon my patients. I feel that patients should make their own decision on the treatment they want. I feel it’s my job to educate them on their options so that they can make the best possible decision for them", said Dr. St George.
Dr. St George, having grown up in a small town himself, chose Fulton as a great place to practice dentistry, liking the small town atmosphere and the ability to treat patients in all of the specialties of dentistry. During his free time, he likes spending the majority of his time with his wife Brooke and their 3 boys, Dylan, Jack, and Charlie. He coaches his son’s baseball team and is a scout leader in his Cub Scout Den. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, attending/watching sporting events, woodworking, and reading.
