The youngest of four siblings, Dr. Edwin E. Yee, was born and raised in Leland, Mississippi, where he grew up working in his parent’s grocery store. In 1975, he graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. From there he went on to graduate from Birmingham-Southern College with a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry, in 1979, from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree, in 1983, Pete Dawson Academy 1992, and completed his Louisiana State University Continuum of Cosmetic Dentistry, Level I, Level II, Level III, in 2002, and his Medical College of Georgia Program of Implantology, in 2005, and numerous other continuing education programs every year.
An active member of the community, Dr. Edwin E. Yee is a member of Central Waterside Church on Pensacola Beach, and is an avid tennis player and enjoys the Pensacola Symphony. Dr. Yee volunteers his services for the St. Joseph Dental Clinic, a Dental charity providing free dental services for the underprivileged. His professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Escambia-Santa Rosa Dental Society, Greater Pensacola and Seattle Study Club. Past affiliation with American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Gulf Breeze Rotary Club, and Sertoma.
